Jointly Analyze the Data

At Intrepid Partners Consulting our work is data driven and fact-based. Working with the client we generate reliable data, and then take an iterative and systematic approach to data analysis to enable the client to make an informed choice regarding next steps and the planning of interventions. We don’t impose our understanding of what’s happening in a client’s organization as though it’s “the absolute truth.” We work with the client in a collaborative process to jointly make meaning of the data, and determine what we collectively understand to be true.

While we have access to a myriad of change models and methodologies, we don’t approach clients with a preconceived notion of a preferred methodology for addressing their issue. We recognize that each organization is unique and requires an approach consistent with its reality and culture, and appropriate for the specific situation facing that particular organization.
